How to Change or Cancel Direct Intervention Sessions with Elemy

After 10/31/22 your Elemy account will be your only way to cancel or reschedule appointments.


Log in to Elemy with your username and password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it on the login screen. 


After log in, to change a session:

  1. Select the appointment and click Change.

  2. Select a new appointment date and time.

  3. Give your reason and click Save changes to confirm.

  4. You’re done! We’ll notify your team right away to let them know.

 

To cancel a session:

  1. Select the appointment and click Cancel session.

  2. Give your reason and click Cancel session to confirm.

  3. You're done! We'll notify your team right away to let them know.

 

To schedule a makeup session for a canceled session:

  1. Select Schedule makeup on the session that was canceled. This option will only appear for sessions that were canceled.

  2. If you receive services from multiple providers or at multiple locations, select a provider and location for your session.

  3. Select a date and time for the new session. If you can't find a time block as long as the cancelled one, book the longest block you can. Then make up the time by clicking Change on other sessions to extend them.

  4. Click Schedule session.

  5. You’re done! We’ll notify your team right away to let them know.
